It will be joint tenancy and parents likely will be occupiers.
But the issue I’m concern is of not meeting the MOP. So even though the occupiers pass on before the MOP is completed, I being single can become the sole owner of the flat, even though it is under the PLH and matured estate? Of which under the rule, single cannot apply under the matured estate, greater than 2-room, and PLH.
