Are you referring to bridging loan? Not sure what you are looking out for, perhaps if you may share more details about the situation, we are able to help you better.

Enhanced Contra Facility (ECF) provided by HDB and CPF is to enable a flat owner to sell and buy another resale flat at the same time by using the sale proceeds (cash and CPF) to pay for the purchased flat directly.

Contra facility only applies to resale and not a BTO. From your question, I understand you are looking for a smooth transition to your BTO without having to put up at a temporary place of stay but at the same time want to use the proceeds from your flat sales to finance your next BTO. A temporary loan scheme by HDB is one way of doing so. However I have also assisted various clients in transitioning smoothly from their current flat to the new BTO without needing to put up with a temporary place of stay and at the same time financed part of their new BTO with their sales proceed without needing to take up a temporary loan.
