Afternoon,

Extension of stay is a good will from the prospective buyer on a unit that they are interested in. Terms will be discussed prior signing the OTP. Buyer can opt to activate their power supply for the unit after they have taken over the unit after completion. Your servicing agent will be adequately equipped with the knowledge to assist you further.
