Hi Mr Hopeful Buyer,

I believe the negotiated price has already taken into account the extension of stay by the owner, and in most cases all the terms and conditions should have been brought up at the negotiation stage.
So I see limited possibility of the sellers agreeing to some form of compensation for the extension, after both of you have already submitted the resale application.
I believe if you are the seller, you will not want your buyer to make such requests as this point of time as well.
