Condominium unit;
Flat unit;
Strata landed house in an approved condominium development;
A leasehold estate in a landed residential property for a term not exceeding 7 years, including any further term which may be granted by way of an option for renewal;

You may purchase non-landed private residential properties, however, the higher tier of ABSD will apply for the purchase, therefore if your spouse is not from the few countries that are exempted from ABSD, then the ABSD applicable is at 60%. If you purchase under your own name, the ABSD will be at 5% if this is your 1st residential property in Singapore.

You are ineligible for resale HDB flats or landed homes. Hope this is helpful.

I am also SPR. In short, you're not eligible for HDB at this stage if this is what you're trying to seek for the answer.

Hi,

You are eligible for most non-landed private properties, be it leasehold or freehold. And it will be ideal to buy in your SPR sole name, so that the ABSD is lower at 5%.

Hi,

You can purchase a condo unit. However, please take note: If you are buying under both you and your spouse's name there will be 60% ABSD applicable as your spouse is foreigner. If you are buying under your name alone, only 5% ABSD for PR 1st property, however, only your income will be taken in to consideration for loan eligibility.
