Hi,

1) The first thing to check whether you are eligible to purchase.
2) All SPR applicants must meet the requirement of at least 3 years of holding PR status.
3) Validity of entry/re-entry permit must have at least 6 months during submission of resale application.
4) Must meet the family nucleus as stipulated by HDB.
5) Suggest checking with a banker to do an IPA before you start on your home search.
