Good morning,
Care to share what are the concerns you may have in regards to marriage before buying resale?
There are some situations that I thought of:
1) SC below 35 years old buying a resale flat but with partner who is foreigner. have to marry first to be eligible under non citizen spouse scheme
2) SC at least 35 years old with partner. If buy resale under single, eventually HDB will advise partner to be included in the flat minimum as occupier if still within MOP
3) If couple getting married soon, can buy flat under fiance and fiancee scheme.
Care to share more so I will be in a better position to advise?
