Should i Transfer of ownership or Resale Part-Share of my flat to my daughter ?

My daughter owned a flat, she will needs to sell it.

If is transfer of ownership, can i transfer to her first before she sell her house? Just in case anything happen to me. If I can only transfer after she sold her house, do I need to have a will?

If transfer ownership not workable, how about resale part -Share?

Or can I transfer to grandson above 21?

Anyone can advice?

Hi, yes suppose both of you and your daughter met the criteria and you are eligible to transfer your ownership to her, then you could actually do the transfer first and follow by selling away of the hdb unit which your daughter owned.
