Should I help pay for my ex-spouses' arrears for the HDB flat we jointly own? I have been paying my share of the instalments in full every month. My main concern is whether I will get the amounts I paid for the arrears back through CPF after we sell the flat. Appreciate advice from anyone. Thanks.

Afternoon Sonia,

If you are referring to CPF contribution, whatever one have contributed will be returned to the contributor's CPF OA, including interest, after the sales of the unit.

if monthly instalments are deducted via your cpf account after sell, yes, it will goes back to the OA account.
