Should I buy the resale HDB on the 2nd floor, which has a clear unblocked view, but might have a build-up of new residential units in the next few years? (currently, the URA master plan has marked the space as "Subject to Detailed Planning"). I plan on selling the HDB after the next 5-10 years.
