I suppose if the air quality is hazardous in Sengkang and Punggol estate, the authorities will have raised this issue with our neighbour or take actions to rein in this issue. The sensitivity of individuals towards air quality could be different and I am sorry to hear about how much this have affected your wife and you during your stay there.
