Sales proceeds from my HDB unit to my CPFOA? Timeline?

Hi,
You might have mixed up net sales proceeds and CPF utilized for property to be refunded. The former is on the date of completion and the latter is typically 2 weeks after completion.
May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Amount going back to your CPF OA will be the CPF plus the accrued interests portion, assuming you are below age 55.
As for the timeline will have to see when the buyer will be coming over to exercise your unit and when are they looking for the first appointment, and whether are you requesting for any 2 months extension also.
