Registering "intent to buy" in HDB portal - myself and my wife will be joint buyers and the only persons living there. How do I complete the "occupiers" section? I understand that occupiers are people such as immediate family, with no title to the property - in our case there are no such other persons, yet the form shows an error if I delete all occupier fields. Conversely if I were to fill it in with ourselves as occupiers, the drop down menu wouldn't give me the option to say 'self' as 'relationship to buyer 1'

Hi Sir

It is weird as I have assist my buyer to lodge an intent to buy with no such problems. Do ensure you select 'purchase resale flat under public scheme' and include both you and your wife name under buyer 1 and buyer 2. The occupier section do not need to be filled up. There is no need to fill or delete anything in the Occupiers field. Just leave it empty.
