Any investments have potential risk. If anyone can ensure that you are able to receive rental returns continuously, then the price of the property will probably be a great deal higher.

Any investments which you require rental returns to support the financial instalments of this property is consider a risk. Typically, an investor is required to have at least 3-6 months worth of capital to finance the property should there be no take up of rental. Doing your homework and understanding the market is important. Any salesperson who is marketing the property will definitely present to your the upsides of the property. The question will be if you are going to hold the salesperson responsible if it turns out to be a bad investment because we advise you that it is a good investment?
