Recently I just took over my property and with mutual agreement with the seller at handover, they will pay for any addition cost incur(e.g. conservancy fee, non owner occupier tax etc)for the extension of stay
Initially they requested for my NRIC so they can make payment for the addition cost above and I rejected their request. I gave them the account number instead but no payment were made.
After I make 1st payment for the addition cost and request for a claim via my agent. it seem like they(seller and their agent)become uncontactable. 1st payment only receive weeks later. This month 2nd payment for conservancy fee, they are still uncontactable after 5 day as of posting time
What can I do?
Can I give them an ultimatum and demand payment and demand my agent to repossess my property?
