HLE is the assessment result based on the income document submitted. On the first appointment date, should there be any changes to your income status or credit standing, the loan figure will still vary.

Yes at 1st appointment you still have to submit income and cpf documents. If there's any changes in the income or employment status, the loan might vary accordingly.
