It depends on how comfortable you are with fluctuation of rates. Both are some form of variable rate packages (floating rate). Looking at the spreads, it seems to suggest FHR6 is relatively more stable hence the bank requires a higher spread of 0.5% .
It depends on how long you are financing this and also any other required commitment period.
