Yes,Employment Pass holder can rent a HDB unit.You do not have to be a PR here to rent a unit,but in order to purchase a HDB unit,both you and your spouse have to be PR.Do contact me if you need help looking for a unit for rent.I have a few units on hand right now.Just let me know your criteria ie area preferred,how many bedrooms required,budget and whether you need it fully furnish / unfurnish..Thanks

For buying Hdb house only both of you must get PR.
