You can start hunting for unit around Feb 2017.
If your credit and income status is good, you can obtain 80% loan where you need to prepare 5% down payment in cash. Balance 15% can be made with CPF or cash. ABSD of 5% is payable by cash. Standard stamp duty of 3% can be paid with CPF.
