Please advise your expertise:
I'm the seller of my flat. We have signed the option to purchase form and given 120 days to submit to HDB. One mth later, the Buyer has decided to withdraw the exercise and insist me to return the $5K deposit.
Question:
1 What should I do as I'm not represented by any agent
2 Seller's agent advised me to put the house on sale again, if I listen to his advice, would this a conflict of interest and Seller will turn back to sue me
3 The expire mth Mid-Aug, can I request agent to submit without seller fullfil and best time to submission.

Hi, if the buyers have signed to exercise the option and now asking to withdraw, no case and you can forfeit the deposit. Read More
