Please advise what is the min/max amount landlord can charge for the repair/damages in house while refunding security deposit to tenant?

Afternoon,

Do refer to your TA or servicing agent for details. The amount deductible would depend on the amount and degree of damage being done to the unit.

There is no fixed minimum nor maximum amount.
IT depends on your agreement with the landlord on the tenancy agreement.

It also depends on if the damage to the item is due to fair wear and tear or negligence. If it is fair wear and tear, usually the minor repair clause will apply. If it is negligence, you may be liable to pay the full amount Read More
