Party A and Party B joint to buy a private property. Only party A borrow and served bank loan. When Party B want toget married and want to buy HDB with spouse,can party B just delete her name from the private ppty and party A become the sole owner, and partyB go ahead to apply HDB or does Party B need to sell this private ppty then can apply ?

Hi,

In your case, B can remove name from private property, and purchase hdb with his/her spouse. Key thing is A must be able to continue to finance the private property on his sole name. Thanks and hope to discuss further and assist.
