parents grants not matured can we sell? we are currently facing serious noise pollution problem from foreigners living above us.

Afternoon,

I agree with David. You should try to work things out with them. YOu can call the town council or police to try and talk to them.
To sell your unit within the MOP is tough, with the reason stated. Under extreme condition where HDB alow you to sell the unit before MOP, you are required to return the grant with interest.
