I am afraid you will be disappointed. PropertyGuru only allows licensed real estate salesperson with paid subscriptions to put up listings for sale or rent. And this does not come cheap too. On average, I am spending about at least $50/day on advertisements on PropertyGuru alone, and have not considered other portals.
