Afternoon,

If you are SC and have fulfilled the MOP requirement, yes. But if you are PR couples, I'm afraid the answer would be otherwise.

    I actually in the age of 64, I have income from my company but I want to buy the private property under my name but the bank load instalment is paid by my daughter who aged 30+ Single now.As may be she wants to apply HDB flat in the near future.
