One of the new cooling measures stated that if PR with HDB flat, when owner purchase condo they need to sell their flat within 6 months, does this rule apply if one of the owner is Singaporean and the other is PR?

Morning,

If the first unit is purchased as matrimonial unit, you are eligible to purchase your second property without the need to dispose off your first property. Do note that this is provided that one of you are SC and the other is PR/Foreigner.
