oen more question, do all the housin agents (including ex housing agents)have access to all the information eg nameof buyer, date and exact amount of transaction of all properties in singapore... thank you howard and all who have previously answered my question

In fact, anyone can get the date, amount transacted but not exactly the name of the buyer (until the purchase has completed and caveat is lodged with the new owner's name)

For owner's information, anyone can get to SLA's Inlis to purchase them (http://www.inlis.gov.sg), transaction prices can be checked from caveat lodged at URA's website (http://www.ura.gov.sg)
