It very much depends on the unit you are looking at. The COV differs from 3room flat all the way to Executive Mansionette.
Perhaps you can advise me what is the unit of the size you are looking at before I can advise you further.
In general,
3 room - $20000 - $35000
4 room - $25000 - $50000
5 room - $30000 - $55000
EA - $30000 - $55000
EM - $25000 - $50000
The COV payable mainly depends on how extensive the renovation is, the distance from public transport, as well as the amenties around the area.
