None of the banks offer fixed rate mortgages to owners of condos that have not TOP'ed yet. This will be a big problem as interest rates go up and owners have no choice but to pay the higher mortgage payments or DEFAULT. They are not given any other choice by the banks. What are the banks or the government going to do????
