11 Amber Road HDB Questions

No longer a Singapore PR status, HDB want me to transfer ownership to my wife, My wife and I live in Canada. Do we have to go back to Singapore to do the transfer?

Hi, you could contact HDB further via their website. And they will give you a more detailed way to go about doing the transfer of ownership.

Morning Alex,

I doubt that HDB would mail the document to you so that you can sign it in the presence of Notary Public. Hence chances are that you are required to fly back into SG and have it done, with your spouse.
