No longer a Singapore PR status, HDB want me to transfer ownership, I want to sell. How much time will HDB give me to find a buyer.

A reasonable timing should be 3-6 months but they have the final say and should inform you the outcome shortly. May I assist in marketing the unit so as to meet your timelines? Thanks.
