Need your advice, we're married couple decided to buy a condo in 99-1% share, and I'm paying all the downpayment but only holding 1% . What will i get if we'll to break off? Will I still getting 50%.

It will be best to seek professional legal advice on this matter.

Currently my wife and I are also in such ownership arrangement in which i am holding 1% as well.

You will need to work out this arrangement with lawyer for such cases. There are many news reports indicating on such disputes where sales proceeds are not necessary apportioned based on the ownership ratio, but based on the monetary contributions. I am sure that to go into such 99-1 arrangement, there are rationales behind it therefore do weigh out if this should be the best way forward. Read More
