Need help with foreign worker gf housing hdb registration
Appreciate if you guys can give me some advice. I am currently staying with my parents in a hdb flat. My Korean girlfriend got her working Ipa approved and is staying with us. However, we are now facing an issue with her hdb housing registration. My dad could not register her as an occupier because she is not related in blood with us. To receive her work permit card, MOM needs her to have a local address registered. My dad also could not 'rent' out a bedroom to her because my dad still owes hdb outstanding late payment for 5 years. Is there anything we can do beside renting a room from someone else?
