There is nothing wrong in giving away goodies like this to attract my buyers to come view your unit,cause Ihad personally came across a seller whom sold his unit to my buyer and at the end of the transaction he threw in a new kitchen cabinet to my buyer as the sellers believe that he is getting at a very good price and wanted to do something nice for the buyer. the deal was happily transacted n both parties became friends.
