Need a stay near SGH and MRT from 16/8/25 till 2/9/25

In Singapore, the minimum rental period is 6 months for HDB flats and 3 months for private properties. For a short stay of just one month, you'll need to look into options like hotels or serviced apartments, since short-term rentals such as Airbnb are no longer legal here.
