Myself my husband and my son aged 18 years old are PRs. My husband recently passed away. i do not own any property in singapore. in this case am i eligible to buy a resale hdb flat in singapore?

Yes. You can buy a resale HDB flat under "Public Scheme". However, both you and your son PRs status must be more than 3 years.
