Myself and my husband are SPR. We're planning to buy 3rm HDB resale flat in S'pore. But we have our own property in Malaysia. We are eligible to buy resale flat in Singapore?

You can eligible to buy a 3rm HDB resale flat in Singapore . However you have dispose your Malaysia's property within 6 months after the completion date. You can contact if you need any help in searching the 3room flat. I am glad to assist you.

I have a 3 room exclusive unit at 412 Bedok North Ave 2, and it is only 7 mins walk to Bedok mrt. Pls feel free to contact me if you need any assistance. Cheers!
