My wife owns a hdb under single scheme before our marriage. this flat has not reached MOP yet. I own a private condominium. We just received a call from hdb office that I have to register as a occupier in the flat and dispose my private property.
Is this correct? Any alternatives?

By the way, you should have already gotten the HDB officer’s contact number and email since you mentioned he has contacted you. So you may try to write in an appeal to keep the existing private property and then wait for the reply.
