My wife is a Singapore PR and i am currently the sole owner of our condo (purchased less than a year ago). My question is: 1. Can she purchase a HDB on her own with the current rulings? 2. How much cash is necessary for us to prepare? 3. Can we sell our condo if it is purchased less than 1 year ago, with a bank loan?

Good evening, as a married couple, both of you must purchase a hdb under one entity. Moreover theres no single SPR scheme. As for your condo sale, do take note that you will be subject to 16% sellers stamp duty of sale price (due to ownership of less than 1 year) and possible mortgage penalty by bank. Normally in this scenario, theres a high chance you wont be able to breakeven. May I know whats the purpose of getting another property? Investment? hope to hear from you soon!
