My wife & I owned a Studio Apartment in an application with my elder son & daughter-in-law for a 3-Generation flat. According to HDB page1 Section A (Not through a Sale) we have fulfilled MOP "If the reason is the owner(s) want(s) to move out, Documentary proof of alternative accomodation), we want to stay with our younger son & daughter-in-law, can we transfer the Studio Apartment to our elder son & daughter-in-law without a Sale or monetary compensation?
