My wife and me(both sg) have a 5-rm HDB flat from HDB. I left with 2 yr before my MOP(5 yr). If i intend to buy a Johor condo now, am i allow to sell my current HDB flat upon reaching my MOP and buy a resale HDB?

Morning,

If your current 5 room flat a direct purchase from HDB? If so, your are not allowed to purchase private property, in or out of Singapore. However, after you have fulfilled your MOP, you are allowed to perform the resale transaction but you are still required to fulfill the 5 years MOP before you can purchase any private property.
