Morning Victor,

You are eligible to purchase a BTO flat in future provided you have fulfilled the minimum occupation period of 5 years subject to your resale HDB flat.

But you have to understand, even if you are eligible to purchase a BTO flat in 5 years' time, you must dispose off your current HDB flat in future as well.

As one individual is not supposed to own two HDB flats at any single time, hope it clears your doubts.
