Good morning buyer,

Both of you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB provided each one of you have fulfilled SPR status of 3 years respectively.

There won't be any income ceiling applicable for both of you as you are not eligible to apply for CPF housing grant as SPRs.

Morning,

Both of you need to be SPR for at least 3 years before being eligible for purchase of resale HDB unit. Since you will be taking bank loan, there isn't any income restriction for your purchase.
