My wife and I both are Malaysian SPR, we own a HDB 3-room flat since 2010 before August and planning to get 4 or 5 room flat end of this year. I have submitted for Citizen application half year ago. If and after I become SC and my wife still holding PR, does the ABSD(5%) still applicable to us for the future HDB flat purchase? Thank you.

Morning, You would have fulfilled the MOP requirement of 3 years, if you purchase was performed between 5 Mar 2010 to 29 Aug 2010. If you do obtain your SC status, ABSD will not be payable on the purchase of the next HDB unit. DO feel free to contact me for further discussion.
