My wife and I are Singaporean PRs. She has been a PR for more than 3 years but I am only PR for 1 year. Will we be eligible for HDB flats? Our budget is around 500k SGD. Otherwise, will we be able to get any private properties at this price? Thanks.

Hi Kevin, since you are not eligible to purchase hdb at the moment, you may want to rent a unit temporary. As some said the market will continue to drop further, you may want to consider hold on the purchase for another 1 year later then relook at the market. Of course they are some said the market will stable soon. In any case, rental of $2000 only cost 24k per year. If market continue to drop, you may eventually make a gain.
