Hi,
1) You can use CPF to service the monthly mortgage.
2) You can also use both cash and CPF if your monthly CPF contribution is insufficient to cover the monthly mortgage.
3) You are also allowed to utilize your fund in your CPF OA for the down payment, stamp duty, and legal fees if there is sufficient funds.
4) Note that by using a bank loan, you have to fork out a 25% down payment where 5% must be in cash, but the 20% can be cash and/or CPF.
5) Make sure both of you fulfilled the 3 years minimum period of being an SPR before being eligible for resale HDB flat.
