Is financing an issue if your wife takes over the ownership on her own and is eligible to own it on her own with the child as occupier, then you will need to work with HDB on this change. Once the ownership issue has been finalised, then you will be eligible to purchase a condo on your own unless there is conditions attached to your withdrawal. Your existing HDB will need to be settled when you have the final judgement for your divorce where they will indicate how the splits should go.
