My tenants request to extend his tenancy for another 1 month or a few months while waiting for their documents completed to post overseas working. Thus, is it advisable to extend their tenancy since I have not find a new tenant yet?

Dear landlord,

It really depends on the extension terms and conditions, and it is not advisable to do the extension on indefinite period as it will hamper your ongoing efforts to look for new tenants coming into the apartment since the exit period is not fixed for the current tenants.

I have been handling tenancy matters for quite a while and this month itself, I have transacted more than 5 rentals, so this is speaking from experience.

Hi, it does not really matters as long as tenant still has a valid pass and you are comfortable with it.
