Good morning,

As you are married, you can only purchase resale HDB unit under public scheme with your spouse. By doing so, she will be required to relinquish her ownership of the private property within 6 months from key collection.

I am afraid you are not eligible to apply for new BTO flats.

You can however purchase resale HDB flats. But within 6 months upon the completion of the HDB purchase, your spouse would have to sell off the private condo.

Hi,

Your concern is buying a HDB flat:
You are married, thus eligible to buy both BTO & resale under "Public Scheme", but have to meet the condition as follow:
(1) BTO: Your spouse has to dispose off her flat immediately, and wait for 30 months before you can apply with her to apply a BTO flat.

(2) Resale: You may buy now with your spouse, only condition is to dispose off the private property within 6 months upon key collection.

Please note that you are not eligible to buy HDB flats using "Single Citizen Scheme" even though you might have reached 35 yrs old, because you are married.
