Hi, nope and very likely you can't. Cos HDB states that they would go after the race of the husband only and in your case, you are a Chinese.

As she's not Singaporean, the flat has to be under your sole name under non-citizen spouse scheme, hence you are not eligible for such flats.

Good afternoon,

Based on your case, you have to purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen spouse scheme. Your spouse will be the essential occupier. Therefore, the ethnic restriction will be based on yours as you will be the owner.

Hi,

In your case, you may purchase HDB flat under "Non-Citizen" scheme; which you are the sole owner, and your spouse shall be "Occupier" only.

Thus the Ethnic restriction is applicable to yourself only.
